Steering damper and mounting kit for KTM EXC and SX motorcycles 2021-2022

A damper arm extractor tool is available separately for easy removal of arm for servicing.
The steering damper is a high-quality, precision-made, rotary design and has 3 separately adjustable damping circuits:
1. Low-speed damping - tune to change how the steering reacts to low-speed deflections during normal riding.
2. High-speed damping - tune to change how the steering reacts to sharp impacts like rocks and roots.
3. Damping sweep angle - tune the amount of steering angle that is damped. There are 4 settings covering 30 to 90 degrees.

Fitment of the mounting kit results in approximately 25 mm increase in bar height and risers fit in the forward mounting position as shown in the product photo.
A final advantage of the rotary steering damper is that it can be easily moved between motorcycles - fitting mounts are widely available for most street motorcycles.
